What Our Tech Does

We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We vacuum your pool.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We brush your pool (steps, tiles, walls).
We check your pool equipment.
We net your pool.
We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We evaluate your pool water and apply minerals and chemicals to keep your water in excellent condition.
We verify your pool cleaner operation.
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

What the Pool Owner Does

Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when needed.
Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.
Maintain sufficient water level.

Notes

Monthly price based on a 4 week month.
There might be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.
Comprehensive Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

Note: It is OK to swap plan types (Comprehensive -> Standard & Standard -> Comprehensive). Simply contact us to process the change.


Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are required for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to remove phosphates, boost the stabilizer and perform a filter cleaning with acid. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for weekly service customers.


Weekly Plan Route Areas

Our Comprehensive Pool Cleaning Plan covers residences in most of the Miami Beach, FL metro area. Homes located in zip codes: 33139, 33141, 33140, 33154 and 33109 and others, can signup for our weekly pool cleaning routes.
